Our Caring Ministry Team is made up of volunteers who work in collaboration with our ministers.    We’re a fun and caring group of men and women of all ages who meet  on Zoom the last Thursday of each month at 9:30 a.m.  An important goal is to encourage and  support those individuals in our congregation who are going through difficult times, including a family crisis, loneliness, increased family demands (ex: birth of a baby),  and health  problems.  We actively reach out to members  of our congregation through phone calls, visits, prayers, emails and cards.  We provide meals on a short time basis when needed.    We help the ministers plan and provide memorial receptions and other special events.  We also send cards and Christmas poinsettias in recognition and appreciation of people who serve our church.    In the near future we hope to be able to arrange transportation to church or appointments (suspended temporarily due to COVID). We gratefully accept one time or occasional help from people who aren’t formal members of this group.

Please let us know if you could use our support or if you’re interested in participating with us (either as a member or occasional helper).
